Discuss Branding Objectives: Together, we'll outline specific branding objectives that align with your business goals. Cancellation Policy
30-Day Cancellation Policy for Monthly Recurring Services We value your business and aim to provide the highest quality service every month. To ensure smooth scheduling and proper planning for all our clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all monthly recurring services: Cancellation Notice: To cancel your monthly recurring service, we require a written notice at least 30 days in advance of your next billing cycle. This allows us to adjust schedules and accommodate other clients effectively. How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to alexisb@morecakecreative.com. Please include your name, service details, and the desired end date of your service. Final Billing: If a cancellation request is received less than 30 days before the next billing cycle, the upcoming billing will proceed as scheduled. Your service will officially end at the conclusion of the following cycle. Refunds: There are no refunds for services already billed, as planning and resource allocation begin upon payment. However, service will remain active until the end of the paid period. Reactivation: Should you wish to resume services after cancellation, you may re-enroll at any time, subject to availability and current pricing.
